Leave room for the next what if.
A note on making this website a living collection—one story, one experiment, one unexpected detour at a time.
The interesting part is the story.
A title and a date can tell you that something happened. They rarely tell you why it mattered. The question that started it, the detour that changed it, the thing that finally clicked—that’s where a project becomes interesting.
This collection is a place for those details. Articles can unfold as ideas. Projects can open up as experiments. A small observation can have just enough room to breathe.
Give each story the space—and the shape—it deserves.
More than one way in.
- A THOUGHT
An article worth settling into.
Readable chapters, room for images, and a thread you can follow from the first question to the final thought.
- A THING
A project you can get inside.
Show the decisions, the iterations, and the details. Let people try a working experiment when that tells the story best.
- A DETOUR
Something that doesn’t fit a category.
Field notes and experiments can be as brief, visual, or playful as the idea calls for. Not every interesting thing needs a case study.
An open door, not a finish line.
The collection can grow without squeezing everything into the same page. Each addition gets its own address, its own chapters, and its own visual character. Familiar enough to find your way around; different enough to feel like somewhere new.
For now, there’s a small map of connected ideas to explore. The next thread will arrive when there’s something worth sharing.
